Starting July 8th.....I will be starting a YogaSpin class!!! Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Half an hour of spin - Tuesday will be Enduro(strength) and Thursday is Cardio(sprinting!!) followed by half an hour of heated INFRARED yoga that focuses on tight hips.
Classes are $5 until the end of the summer!!! 11 Spots available.......

Up and coming....
Small group training starts tomorrow....9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.....8 sessions for 169.00.....awesome option for those of you who cannot afford a trainer. Interval weights, spin, power yoga, kick a$$ cardio, boxing...and then some. Kick it into high gear this spring to get ready for the beach and boating!!
